What to Expect:

  • Session with Telisha: Start with an opening circle to set the day's intentions where we delve into the themes of the New moon in scorpio through an embodiment practice and guided visualisation and discover your dark feminine archetype. 
  • Session with Alexe: Deep dive into a Yoga Nidra to connect with your inner goddess awakening to the new you.  
  • Lunch Break: A pause for nourishment and reflection enjoying your choice from a selection of healthy Buddha bowls.
  • Session with Alexe: Slow flow sensual movement. Embody your dark feminine workshop, reconnect to your wild side through sensual movement. 
  • Closing Ceremony with Telisha: Culminate with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, gratitude meditation, and a final sharing circle to encapsulate the day's journey and set intentions for the season ahead.
